Unnecessarily complicated shopping experience. Went in to see the 3d printing options and filament. Checked online and saw that it was in stock and at the store. Got there and it is NOT out to see and touch. Couldn't find it. Everyone was busy. After 1/2 hour of wondering strong I find out that it's in some back warehouse that you need to stand in a line and ask about. Pity, really. After driving from out of town it was a hassle that didn't need to be. Best Buy, do better.

Went to Best Buy around 10:45 AM on a Friday I went to get a 256GB microSD card. The associate at the front said they had two in stock and sent someone to help. Joey — who looked like a manager with a clipboard and earpiece — went to check the back and brought out the wrong one after several minutes, one that rang up $10 more. After waiting again, they came back and said they didn’t actually have the right one. I asked if they could honor the price since it was their mistake, and they refused. Wasted my time and didn’t even try to make it right. Very disappointing.
