I’m very grateful for the service and expertise I got with a true 5/5 experience with best buy. I want to shout out Colleen Kidd, Efren Serrano, Jason from best buy support and Patrick from your store. I am very confident that going forward I’ll gain a true 10/10 experience with Best Buy and I plan to return whenever I need further help. Give those reps some praise for me. They are all the shining examples of Best Buy.

It is absolutely ridiculous that this store cannot answer a phone. Called multiple times over 4 days and waited on hold for over a half hour each time. Recommending to shop elsewhere because if you need assistance, you won’t get it here
