Very poor customer service if you order ahead online for store pickup. I ordered a deep freezer and was notified within 30 minutes that it was ready for pick up, I couldn’t make it in immediately so went a few days later and did curbside pickup. After arriving on the website and sitting in the parking spot for over 15 minutes I noticed nobody was going to come out so I went in to get the product and be on my way just to be told they can’t find it. Another 15 minutes goes by and a young man with no name tag comes up and apologizes and says he’s on it and he’ll go locate the freezer. Another 10-15 minutes goes by before he comes back and goes to a computer and just stares at it, I then asked for a manager to attempt to get this resolved more efficiently and he goes “I am the manager”, a name tag and professionalism would have displayed that. He once again says he’s going to find the product and overall 1 hour later he walks out with the correct item on a pallet jack and apologizes and tells me he would refund me $50 for the hassle which would have been nice but he didn’t do so, and I don’t even know the guys name as he wasn’t wearing a name tag or identified himself correctly. Avoid yourself the headaches and either shop in store or better yet shop at another store altogether.

I have made 4 trips about my computer repair and there hasn’t been a single helpful person any time I go. It wastes an hour of my time and gas. This is a tech store but they can’t do a simple repair without lying to me
