We bought a new phone and asked them to copy the old data to the new phone. After waiting an hour and a half, while they waited on several other customers, we left. We never did get the data transferred.
Great customer service. Ask for Mike
I went in to look at a pixel tablet and employees walked by but never stopped to ask if I needed help. I was looking for about 10 min. or so and not a single employee came over.

Do not waste your time with the geek squad at this location. Came to this location because it said they provided the service I was looking for. I was 10 minutes late into my appointment despite being there early. I was told they did not have my product in stock, then I was told that they did. I was also told that my battery could not be replaced tonight despite making an appointment three days ahead of time for that exact service. Before one of the technicians left, he told me that the entire service would take roughly 15 minutes. I drove 30 minutes, paid tolls, and sat at their counter for 53 minutes only to be told that my phone battery would not be replaced that same night. In what world is this OK? How do you not have time to do the job that you are there to do? Absolutely unacceptable and some of the worst Customer Service I have had in a very long time.
