We purchased a TV & sound bar on 4/7. We were told delivery and set up (which we paid for) would be 4/16. On 4/16 no show or no call. I contacted them and was told the next available date was 4/24. On 4/24 the TV and sound bar were set up. I was told there would be some type of compensation for the errors and delays. I stopped in the store on 5/7 (a month later) to get more information regarding the poor customer service and how it would be addressed. I explained the information I was given over the phone of the compensation. The manager did not appear to know what I was talking about even thought I had a complaint number I was given. As of today there has been no contact or resolution to VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Came in looking at various vacuums. Had difficulty finding it on the shelves. Employee Action Jackson was very helpful and took his time looking for our product. Dia at the checkout desk was also very helpful with our purchase. Deangelo was also helpful with calling customer service to help us resolve issues with our account/card. Everyone was top notch!
Friendly people and a decent selection of products. The sales usually have good deals.
This store used to be great but man it’s awful now. Asked online about a price match and said they would only do it in store. I drove to the store and told them I wanted a price match from microcenter and the support agent I spoke to said they can only do the price match in store if I login and show the lower price. The associate who “helped” went and asked a manager and came back and said he won’t match the price because they don’t price match microcenter anymore even though it states they do. I told him I spoke to an agent and he just looked at me, laughed, and said the agent I spoke to was AI (it wasn’t lol). This was actually crazy for someone in customer support to say.
This store used to be where I’d get all my electronics but you’re better off driving to microcenter than going here.
