Stopped by Best Buy today to pick up some new Apple AirPods and a screen protector. While they didn’t have the exact screen protector I normally use (which is why it’s a 4 out of 5 for me), everything else about the experience was great!
The associate who helped me choose my AirPods really listened to what I needed and gave me great advice. He also told me that with AppleCare to set my calendar to get new AirPods in 1 1/2y. The cashier was also super helpful, making sure I knew I’d get credit for my previous purchase under warranty.
When it came time to apply the screen protector, the associate mentioned a fee I hadn’t been told about—but instead of making it a hassle, he kindly said, “No worries, I’ll do it for you and let the team know for next time.” That right there is customer service!
From being greeted when I walked in to being helped through every step, I left feeling taken care of. Shout-out to the Best Buy crew—y’all made tech shopping easy today!
