When these idiots drop off appliances, they can't tell you when they drop off off appointment is. They expect you to take off the entire day just to sit around because they don't have their stuff together.
I bought a dryer and was told that they didn't know when they drop off would be but it'd be before 9 PM. I got a text at 8:52 AM stating the people would be at my house at 9 AM. They left at 9:03 AM. It went from "before 9 PM" to "Hey, they'll be there at dawn and here's an 8 minute heads up"
