their store is so empty it feels like they are going out of business
Best Buy Geek Squad promised me a $400 voucher for my broken washing machine despite being out of warranty (purchased 2019 for $560 from Best Buy) after a technician confirmed repair costs exceeded the machine’s value. I’m a Total Tech member and paid $100 for the April 15th appointment. Called April 15-17, each time told I’d get the voucher by Thursday 7 PM. Today, they backtracked, offering only $50, citing “policy.” This bait-and-switch is unacceptable! @BestBuy @GeekSquad, honor your recorded promise or face an Oregon AG complaint. Consumers deserve better! #BestBuy #GeekSquad #ConsumerRights

The "service" is terrible. Awful. I wouldn't recommend purchasing ANYTHING here. You are better off getting it on Amazon. Seriously. Can't even contact their "Geek Squad" w/o a major hassle.

Bought a 55" SAMSUNG with Tommy Cruz as our rep. Great guy. Knolagable, sharp, and helpful. Our second time working with him.
Thanks again.
