How do I check product availability at the Salem Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Terrible experience with the switch pre orders launch waiting hours in the pre order line while the non pre order line was moving twice as fast. Terrible customer service with no explanation to the people waiting why there was such a huge delay in processing orders in a timely matter. I shouldn’t have to wait three hours for something I already paid for.

My experience at this Best buy was good. I was not use to the layout of this store, as I am from Portland and the store I always go to is aligned differently. But the staff answered my questions with no troubles. I found the couple items I was looking for.

Great service. For the Pokémon Destined Rivals set they aloud everyone to get product an hour before opening. Smooth process, will be going back for next release.
