Genuinely the worst customer service humanly possible. Do not take your car here they completely broke my blinkers and won’t even let me speak with a manager about it. The customer service doesn’t understand English either.

It is a best buy, you've seen one you've seen them all. The need to bring back their media section. At the very least the need to sell vinyl and boutique collectible videos, which are popular with film nerds.
Not as great as I remembered from my last visit, years ago. I waited to long t even be acknowledged and the person who helped me had to look up almost every question I asked. The item I wanted was out of stock and couldn't be shipped so I have to return next week to pick up. The item price was good and that was key. It was Best Buy but not best service.

Spoke to the greeter on the walk in. He was able to find what I wanted, but the Managaer I assume told him not to sell it until 3 days later, even though the product was in the greeters hands in front of me.
Shady business practice.
