I was so happy with Tim Jack not only did he help be find what I was looking for but realized I left my credit card on the counter. When I got home and was in a panic there was a call from him the card was there. At 86 years old he was a true blessing

Customer Service is at an all time low. You can't call this Best Buy and ask a question. You get sent to India and they have no answers. I called 8 times trying to get to the store to ask a question and could not get through. The automated system hangs up on you if it doesn't have an answer. It's pathetic. I wish there was more customers could do to change a company's terrible service. But there just isn't. So I'll never shop at a best buy again. What a failure of a company.

Two geek squad agents gave...incomplete information. Luckily, a manager sorted things out. Make sure you have your information straight, since it seems like not all of their agents know what they're doing

Geek Squad worker Agent Stacy was so rude, I was running a little late and he gave me so much attitude telling me how late I was and that now I'll have to wait for who knows how long because now I do not have an appointment. I would recommend going to a different Best Buy or Apple if your experiencing issues because if you go here your just gonna have another issue due to bad customer service.
