Place to go for "every thing!
In stock deal with 60 day return since I subscribe to their "Plus" program. Saves me money. Local business. Local employees. Win win win over Amazon Bezos.
Took me forever to get help for an item I knew I wanted to buy. Store wasn’t even busy yet it took 15 minutes of calling for help before the customer service counter helped themselves. After the purchase, contacted support for a price adjustment, was told it would happen, then after my return window was closed, the adjustment was declined and it took me 4 more chat sessions to get that information. Will likely be closing my Best Buy card and will not be returning to any of their stores.
