Ordering online for pickup is bad at this store. They take forever to pick orders. Also have had them say items aren’t there and gone to the store and found them myself. Most of the employees don’t seem to care about doing their job or helping you. I’ll avoid this store (although most of them are bad now).

Seriously, this Best Buy should get a 1 for customer service. No one to help, have questions and been here for 30mins at Customer Service was told to be patient. Really, is not even that busy on a Tuesday evening.
Is going from better to worst!!

Helpful staff, parking lot, clean, next to other stores
