Do not buy any TCG cards here, I bought a Magic the gathering bundle and when I opened the set the dice were missing and the booster packs had been tampered with. I took the bundle as is back to the store and was told that there was nothing they can do. The lady said once open there are no returns or exchanges, and I understand, but I showed the customer service rep the tampered boosters that appear to have been resealed and told us that they are not responsible. I understand people suck and this happens, but that’s why we chose to buy from a named retail to avoid these things. I asked her how is it possible that you guys sell these. Obviously someone tampered with the set and returned them back to you and you sell it and shift the blame. I would not purchase anything here and recommend no one does either.

I absolutely love shopping here. Everyone who works here is very knowledgable. They are also well staffed and can be found in different parts of the store. It is clean, well stocked and they have a great balance of allowing you to shop peacefully but they’re close by if you need them. Mariusz is the BEST! He knows his tech and specs in and out. Is extremely passionate and personable. 📷📺🧑🏼‍🔧👏🏼 Turbo helped me when returning a mount I no longer needed. Including price match🧑🏻‍🔧👍🏼📞 Ray at customer service is extremely helpful and kind. 🧑🏻‍🔧👏🏼🙌🏼 Nicky by the tv’s has the best attitude and always makes me feel welcomed. 👩🏽‍🔧🫶🏼💅🏼 As you can tell I go to this best buy often and highly recommend! Their plus membership makes it easy to try new tech and receive great prices. Price-matching is always an easy experience.
