Beware they use deception to try to sign up BestBuy credit card! I picked up an online order that was fully paid for. The employee asked if I want $80 "reward". I asked explicitly what it is about - any new account or membership or subscription. He said "No, nothing, just $80 for you". So I agreed. He quickly entered a fake email with scrambled letters to push thru. I pointed out and corrected my email. On next screen, the machine asked if I authorize CitiBank to do something. At that moment I realized it was not a simple "reward" but a credit card application! He reluctantly admitted that it is just a "store card". I refused vehemently and asked why you didn't disclose all these. He brushed it off and asked me to leave. The company is in decline and its employees use shady practice to sell extras.

Staff throughout store was generally rude, conversations were pointless including with Sony Rep in geek squad,( over a charging issue with sony xm5 earbuds) I'm actually like I guess this guy doesn't work for Sony maybe he just over here talking to his friend who works there cuz this guy doesn't seem to be educated in the slightest for anything electronic let alone the branding of Sony itself awful experience none of the models for any of the audio equipment even work when you walk towards staff talk to question they turn around a refrigerator or another obstacle and they disappear it's like the store has more employees than other stores honestly save yourself time I'm now going to the Best buy in West simsbury as well as Holyoke if there was still a Best buy in Enfield I would go there but as far as I'm concerned this Manchester store should be closed down

I needed to buy an iphone 14 so I went into the Newington store where they tried to scam me into buying some kind of service for $179 just to have my AT&T service moved onto my new phone. So I went over to the Manchester store and had a very good experience. The staff at the phone counter was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a refreshing experience and they have won my business going forward.
