Good store, some deals. Overall has gotten more expensive over the years but then again everything has become expensive.

I recently went to Best Buy to pick up an online order, and the experience was disappointing due to how a promotion was presented. When checking me out, the associate told me about a “$25 back” deal if I signed up for the Best Buy card. I declined, but she continued to push the offer, repeating that it was free to sign up, that it was “just a rewards card,” and that she only needed my ID.
It wasn’t until I directly asked whether this was actually a credit card that she finally admitted it was. At no point prior to that did she disclose that the offer involved applying for a credit card, which felt misleading and uncomfortable. Customers should be given clear, transparent information—especially when it comes to credit applications.
I hope Best Buy addresses this, because the rest of the pickup process was smooth, but the way this promotion was handled left a very negative impression.

Actually it should be zero stars . Was trying to get a watch and absolutely no one is ready to help . I can see lots of people available but when approached they were saying they are busy . Last time coming into this shop and I have been a regular customer so far . Worst experience
I don't know I get a couple of these Best Buy rewards certificates that I have to use unfortunately I go in the store and really can never find anything that's affordable to buy or that I really need.
On this most recent trip I just got to replacement toner cartridge for my printer.
