I bought a Zaag screen protector because they offered free replacement. My screen protector broke. I came here for a replacement, they didn't have it. I had to pay up front and order to be delivered to my home. It arrived and I came here for the refund. They will not honor it. Just do what you say you are going to. Obviously I bought the last one here because it's still on the phone.

Bought a laptop at the Manchester location that I had to commute to the West Hartford location for. No discount was offered for the trip out to West Hartford. I was told the laptop would be ready in an hour. It was 6pm on a Sunday and the women cashing me out let me know the store in West Hartford would be open till 8pm so there was plenty of time to get it. Fun fact I learned when I arrived at the West Hartford location an hour later, is that they close at 7pm not at 8pm. Such an inconvenience and wasted trip. Now I'll have to try again tomorrow. Time wasted and disappointed!

Terrible experience there, went to get my wife a laptop. We told them our budget, the person in the computer section was trying to push laptops that were 500$ more than what we told him we were looking to spend, ended up going to pc Richard’s and they had the same laptop for 300$ less than what best buy was selling them for, they were more knowledgeable and much better customer service at pc Richard’s, I’m never going to Best Buy again!
