This has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered an oven from Best Buy Manchester in December. It’s now April, and I still don’t have it. Two failed delivery attempts, and now I’ve been forced to schedule a third. Four months, and nothing to show for it.
The first scheduled delivery was fully confirmed. Emails, texts, time window, everything. I cleared my day. Then, on the day of, I got a call saying it wasn’t coming because the oven was suddenly on back order. How does a company this size not know their own inventory until the last minute? That is a complete failure in communication and planning.
Weeks later, they claimed it was restocked, so I rescheduled. The second delivery? Same routine. Confirmation sent, time window assigned, I cleared my day again, and once again, no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing.
I called customer service and was told, unbelievably, that no one had ever even been assigned to deliver the order. While I was on the phone, the system updated in real time to cancel the delivery. That’s not just disorganized, it’s pathetic. No explanation, no effort to make it right. Just “reschedule.”
I’ve wasted two full days waiting around for a product I paid for four months ago, and I’m still being strung along with no confidence the third attempt will even happen. No ownership. No urgency. No accountability.
The salesperson in the store was great, the only competent part of this entire experience. But everything after the sale has been a complete trainwreck. The delivery team, scheduling system, support chat, phone reps, all of it is useless.
Best Buy is quick to process your payment, but clearly couldn’t care less about following through. Their logistics are a mess, their communication is nonexistent, and they leave the customer to pick up the pieces.
If you’re thinking about buying a major appliance from Best Buy Manchester, don’t. They will waste your time, your energy, and your patience. Go somewhere that actually delivers on what they promise because this place can’t even manage that.

Terrible customer service. I picked up a few items from store pick up at 7:14pm today, I also purchased an item. There were no carts available. Not one of the 3-4 grown men offered to help me carry my things. The only suggestion I got was that I could make multiple trips to my car myself. These associates were not helping other customers, literally standing there doing nothing.
