Best Buy carries a great variety (although I didn't find a travel router there). My biggest issue is it seems the employees who actually know something are few & far between. Twice I visited, looking for Bose QuietComfort 2 ear buds. Specifically "Gen 2". On the 1st visit, the little girl searched the display stand, as I had. & after finding nothing, walked away to consult someone else. She returned & told me they had not been released yet.
Ok, I returned 2 weeks later, different girl, again she search the display, again she consulted someone else. This time I was told Best Buy only has the 2024 model, & the store is at the mercy of corporate, & the store only gets what corporate sends.
I ordered online, directly from Bose, saved $30, & had them in 2 days.
Is there any wonder why local stores are going out of business.

I had been studying for a few hours when my laptop stopped connecting to WIFI. I immediately started freaking out and scheduled an appt with the geek squad at this location. Within an hour of the issue occurring, Cee and Garrett had fixed my computers issue and even taught me how to prevent it from happening again. They were very reassuring and SO helpful and friendly. I hope someone at this location sees this review and gives them a raise! They’re the best and deserve the best!!!
Shopping online was a horrible experience. Ordered a washer and dryer, take away and installation included on Invoice.
Checked my invoice three times to make sure everything was checked off before I paid. The delivery guys showed up, put washer and dryer in driveway of recipient and left. They said nothing else was included. And don’t bother calling the store for help, calls go overseas to who knows where for Customer Service. If you want to call it that. Will never shop here again.
