IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RETAILER! I WENT TO BEST BUY TO PICK OUT A FRIDGE, WASHER, AND DRYER FOR MY NEW HOME! I MET WITH AN ASSOCIATE NAMED JALEN AND HE HELPED ME WITH MY PURCHASE. AFTER PICKING OUT THE FRIDGE HE ENDED UP SELLING ME THE WRONG FRIDGE AND PANELS! THE PANELS WERE ON BACKORDER AND AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS AVAILABLE. AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS OF WAITING I GET THE WRONG FRIDGE AND THE WORST DELIVERY TEAM! THEY DAMAGED MY DOOR,PUT DIRT ON MY WALLS, AND HAD MY WASHROOM SOAKED! BRAND NEW HOME WITH DAMAGES! THEY TOLD ME A YOUTUBE VIDEO HELPED THEM INSTALL MY APPLIANCES! THAT IS INSANE TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY! TODAY I GET THE CORRECT FRIDGE AND THEY DID NOT INSTALL MY PANELS! I'M OVER THE WHOLE TEAM AT BEST BUY! VICTOR ENSURED ME THEY WOULD PUT MY PANELS ON AFTER TELLING ME TO ORDER FROM SAMSUNG BECAUSE THEY WERE ON BACKORDER YET AGAIN! I'M HIGHLY UPSET! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
Best Buy has terrible customer service. We ordered an HP 210X toner cartridge. Unfortunately, we were sent an HP 218X toner cartridge that will not fit the printer. We did not notice until we attempted to use it a month after the return date. Best Buy incorrectly put a label on the cartridge that lists HP 210A, which probably contributed to the error made by Best Buy. Best Buy will not stand by their error and accept the return of the incorrect toner cartridge. This is very poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering from Best Buy.
Went for help on new Samsung phone that I bought there, and they couldn't help me and said I'd have to go somewhere else! Their customer service sucks
