Went in for a specific power cord. The sales associate found the wrong one. Fortunately I was suspicious of the illustration on the packaging. Ultimately came away with the right item no thanks to the sales associate.

LINCOLN NE store, we stood and was waiting by the security camera systems area for over 30 mins and saw 6 employees pass us separately not with another customer and not one person came over to ask if we needed any help. Won’t be going back and will just get my stuff off amazon!! Sucks cause I would have loved to contribute to an actual store, but Best Buy has been a let down!
