Terrible over charged service, its Thursday the 24th, I live 1hr 30min away from the nearest best buy and had computer issues, a few days ago, I told the person behind the counter I need it by thursday at noon they said that will work, if I knew this was a lie and calling them would go to ai, voicemail, or call center I would have never paid their extortion rates. Terrible business, Terrible customer service. 0/10, I will be demanding a full refund after the work is completed and will not except anything less then a full refund, no credit no half, full and ill never shop or get service from worst buy ever again, first and last experience
