Had a 4 PM laptop repair appointment — what a waste of time. When scheduling my appointment, I clearly wrote what issues I was having with my laptop. The person at the counter was not interested in helping me. I kept explaining what was broken, and he asked when I purchased it. I told him everything works and that I just need the issues fixed.
After I told him how much I paid for the laptop, he said I was better off buying a new one and that it would cost $500–$800 to fix — without even checking my laptop! I have no issue paying because I really like my laptop, but how can you give an estimate without inspecting it first? Then he told me I should go to the Micro Center by Krispy Kreme. Terrible customer service.
