We had an amazing experience thanks to Alex! From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to help us find the right TVs for our home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure to answer all of our questions without rushing us. What really stood out was how much effort he put into making sure we got the best fit for our needs. He walked us through different options, explained the features in a way that was easy to understand, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We bought two TVs with him!

It's a Thursday at 11:30 a.m. and this place is dead. Whoever Alex is in the home theater at the Pleasant Hill location sucks. I let three different Associates know that I need to help purchasing some high-end speakers and they called him over there since 3 times over their headsets the other 25 minutes I still haven't gotten any help. I'm just going to leave and go purchase these speakers at the competitor. Maybe they'll have somebody available on the Thursday morning at 11:30. So disappointed and Best Buy lately. I hope you guys never get rid of the rewards program where you get 5% back because that's the only reason I even shop here anymore. I had a horrible experience at the Mall of Georgia store with a 100 inch TV and they're not delivering it when they said they would so I returned it and it's been $2,000 worth of the competitor as well. If I had to guess I would say they love you guys too
