Francisco (I believe his name was). Outstanding guy.. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He helped my wife buy a Samsung flip phone. Showed us the pros and cons of other phones and got two opened boxes out so we could see how they worked. He did all this while helping 2 other people at the same time. He did it so smooth it wasn't even noticeable. Plus being bilingual. Impressed.
Best buy keep this guy on your staff. He is a great guy to have on anyones team. He should be the standard when it comes to teaching your staff how to interact with customers.
