My sales guy was great! Fast and was able to answer all my questions. However, customer guy during my ex-change, not so helpful took forever trying to price match and then came back with Costco Duluth was out of stock. Correction the App stated low stock. I was so hot and sweaty in the store from waiting for the CSR to go person to person on an answer that I believe he should already know about Apple products. I was like just return the item and I will go to Costco to purchase. He said that I was being rude. No young man, I was not and simply stated you're wasting my time to refund my money in cash. There's a difference I told the CSR what I wanted. What happened to customer is always right? These kids always have an opinion. Keep your mouth shut and respect your elders. If you took too long then you did. Period!!!

Excellent customer service
At this store, we had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named TJ. He was unprofessional, lacked patience, and did not provide clear explanations about the purchase options. Instead of assisting us, he seemed more focused on finishing quickly and processing the payment.
When my family asked why the product price was different from the one advertised, his only response was, “I don’t know why the price increases.” This attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful, and it left us with a very negative impression of the service.
Love them they are always helpful and answer all my questions.
