I went here to get a camera, and could not find anyone on the floor so I walked up to the register and asked the young lady with curly hair at the register for assistance in the camera area and she said to wait a couple minutes and then she’d help us. We went back towards the camera area and this same conversation happened another two more times about “getting help for us”. After the third time, we were told someone came and helped us but in the Apple area. We were never in the Apple area and just needed help with the camera area. However, the worker kept insisting we asked for help with Apple products. It was very disappointing considering we’ve asked multiple people for help and we waited 40 minutes to spend our money here and never got an apology for waiting that long. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Product is amazing. Best buy is my favorite place for tech but cashiers ignored me while I was waiting in line. They even waited on other customers while I was standing in line. Customer service was horrible.
