Tony in the Geek Squad is a one man machine! This man remained professional while simultaneously handling no less than 3 to
4 customers at one time. No one came to help him out and he had us in and out the door in less that 30 mins.
The Geek squad!! Was Amazing!!
If I could rate lower, I would. Went to the store to purchase ALEXIA. As I entered the door I was greeted by four employees, one I noticed was a geek squad member. I went into the department of interest and looked around for a while no one came to assist me. I went back to the entrance and asked for help. I was told that it would be at least a half hour before I could get any help. I returned to the department, looked around for a few more minutes and then I left. When I got to my car, I see an employee outside taking a smoke break. Worst customer service I’ve seen. I’ve bought a lot of products from this store, but I don’t know if I’ll ever return.
