Went to buy a printer. I then went to get printer cartridges for it but the did not have printer cartridges for the printer they were selling. I then asked a clerk thier and he suggested I go next door to an office supply store because they carry more ink. As I maybjust go buy a printer from the other store and I did. By the way the office store didn't have the same printer or the ink for that printer. Good thing I didn't buy the printer at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad was so rude I lost my temper, I made an appointment and it was not on their list to help me. The manager acted like she needed to protect agents because I was so angry,. I did not threaten any one or do or say anything violent.She asked me to leave. I left and have to say she is an awfull human being.Shhe was confrontation all telling me if you are not on list you don't get service.I got angry because the agent was apologizing to the other people for me being there trying to get them to honor the appointment I made. They threw in their 2 cents too.I got angry because this was the third attempt and trip to get service. I did pay for the device repair contract they denied me service.ts not my fault the people did not do their job and post my time slot II did make an appointment is not my fault it was not on their so called list. I don't blame me for being angry. Who would not get angry? They are incapable of Customer Service manners. But hey they had the power my contract ment nothing to them.

This Bestbuy is pretty stocked!! Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The Samsung counter is the best!! They fixed my mom's phone and taught me about features on my phone I wasn't even using!! A 5 star experience!
