Arrived in search of a new laptop computer. Met the most competent associate I've ever met, her name is Egypt. Once we explained what tasks we needed to do and our price range, she immediately provided recommendations. This was low stress and was a great customer service win for Best Buy.

Misinformation on phone/Cell Phones I called the Savannah store location for a senior family member to make sure the phone they needed was in-stock at the store and to see if they offered data transfer as well in store. I was told the product was in stock and that yes, they would transfer the other phones data and set up the phone. We drive to the store and I find the phone on the shelf easily and wait in life to have it set up with my family member. When we reach the counter I'm told they don't in fact do that. I explain that I called beforehand and was told they offered that service. She apologized and said "oh those are our 'virtual assistants' and they always tell people that. They don't know what we actually do here in store." Best buy please relay this info to your call centers. My family member was so disappointed because they have a hard time setting up electronics and they were looking forward to having best buy help them out.
