"Pre-owned Certified" = Certified garbage at Savannah Best Buy. Sales people with dead eyes while people literally are thanking them. I only put this out as a public warning.
False information given online. I dropped of a 20” led tv and was charged $30 when online info states the following: Best Buy accepts TVs for recycling at their in-store kiosk. They may charge a fee (typically around $30) for TVs or monitors larger than 50 inches.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Best Buy location in Savannah, GA. For the past month, my iPhone 14 Plus rear camera has been freezing, and Apple Support recommended this store because they assured me Best Buy has Apple certified technicians who could diagnose and fix the issue. I arrived on time for my August 21, 2026 appointment and was directed to the Geek Squad area, where a technician, a white male whose name I unfortunately did not get ran a diagnostic and said it didn’t look like a hardware issue but suggested a factory reset. I asked about my data, and he told me clearly that as long as I knew my Apple ID and password, I would be able to restore everything. After waiting an hour, he handed me my phone with dismissive body language and told me to sign in, but the phone kept asking for verification codes from a device I no longer had access to because the phone had just been wiped. When I asked why this was happening, he kept going back and forth with me, almost arguing instead of listening, and he gave me misinformation while refusing to acknowledge what I was trying to explain. I told him I do not live in Savannah and paid someone to drive me over an hour for this appointment, yet I still could not access my phone. When I asked if another employee could help, he responded rudely instead of getting someone else. No one else was around the station, and he made no effort to get additional help. I eventually had to leave the store with a phone I couldn’t sign into and the same camera issue I came in with. Apple Support later apologized and told me I should not have left the store in that condition, and they helped me restore my data at home. After restoring everything, my camera still does not work. My issue was not fixed, the technician was unprofessional and unhelpful, and I left completely frustrated. I signed paperwork before the service and trusted the technician’s guidance, yet nothing was resolved. I am extremely disappointed by this. This is not okay. This review is marked as one star only because the system requires at least one if I could give zero stars, I would.
The staff here is great and always looking to find ways to be helpful.
