Do not buy in-home installation appliances from this store.
I recently purchased a refrigerator with in-home installation, and this has been my worst experience with Best Buy to date. After scheduling installation three separate times—and taking time off work for each appointment—the installers had a different excuse every time.
The first delivery team said the refrigerator was dented and couldn’t be installed (I asked to see it and they left). The second team showed up with only a water hose—no refrigerator. The third team arrived and said they had no record of a refrigerator at all.
At this point, I’m completely convinced that even if I scheduled a fourth or fifth attempt, they still wouldn’t bring or install the correct product. The installation teams were dishonest and unprofessional, repeatedly offering excuses instead of solutions.
I’ve canceled my order and will be purchasing from Lowe’s instead. I truly wish I had read the other reviews first, as it seems this is a common problem.
