I need someone from corporate or a Regional supervisor to contact me immediately about an incident with my father at this location. Your employees David and Ina not only disrespected my father but went as far as to make fun of him about two laptops he purchased for Christmas gifts. I will continue to post on every social media and review outlet for this location until we are contacted about this matter. Your employees not only lied to my father they have zero customer service. How dare David and Ina even be employed with such nasty behavior.

I visited the Altamonte Springs Best Buy to purchase a new laptop, and my experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
Jordan Barlow was the first person to greet me at the door.
His warm, inviting smile set the tone immediately. He listened to what I needed, pointed me to the correct section, and assured me that someone would assist me shortly. His presence was professional, genuine, and sincerely welcoming — a rare kind of customer care that makes you feel seen the moment you walk in.
A few minutes later, Alex Sears, the Google Rep, came over to help — and he was phenomenal.
I explained what I needed a laptop for, and he guided me with clarity and patience. He showed me two models:
Acer Chromebook Plus 516 – 16" WUXGA, Intel i3-1315U, 8GB RAM, 128GB — $279
Lenovo IdeaPad 3i Chromebook – 15" FHD Touch, Pentium Silver N6000, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD — $279
He broke down each feature in detail, side-by-side, without rushing or overwhelming me. His knowledge was solid, his communication was easy to follow, and he truly wanted me to understand the differences — not just make a sale.
In the end, the Acer Chromebook Plus was the better option for my needs, especially since I do a lot of work online. Alex made the decision effortless, and I left the store not only with a new laptop, but with a deeper understanding of my purchase.
Both Jordan and Alex were shining examples of what customer service should look like — genuine, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though the store was short-staffed, they both went above and beyond and never once let the quality of their care drop.
I walked out a very happy — and better-informed — customer.
