Rob Pumarejo is one of the best and most knowledgeable home theater specialists we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His support, his knowledge and his patience is unsurpassed. We had a 4 year old television that couldn’t be repaired. We were happy we had purchased the extended warranty and that Rob was the one to help us select the replacement television and make the arrangements for the installation. We ran into a glitch with the redemption of the e-gift card connected to the warranty and Rob very patiently helped us find the solution. What a delightful young man and we are so grateful that he is the one who asked us if he could help us when we came into the store. We also met the store manager, David. The level of customer service starts at the top and David, you are an excellent example of great leadership! You have built a customer focused team and Rob is a shining example! P.S. This is why we still need brick and mortar stores. You don’t get customer service like that over the phone. I hope you finally had a lunch hour, Rob, because we took so long, I am sure your lunch was delayed.
