Worst people to contact after they take your money!! They want ME TO REMOVE A BUILT IN DISHWASHER!! Charged me 450 $ for install extra parts and haul off and delivery. That was more than dishwasher and was told if they show up and it’s not been removed from built in area.
UPDATE- now they have told me I have to pay more money ey to uninstall and then tried scheduling for the day AFTER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION!! How would that work??
This company is full of crooks and no one in this country you can talk to by PHONE. DONT EVER USE BEST BIY THEY HAVE GONE TO THE BIRDS AND USE FORIEGN COUNTRIES TO OBTAIN ANY INFO!!! Hell no!
If not for William in Guatemala who was very helpful and patient and had the knowledge none of the other four had I would have Cancelled entire order! One out of 6 people I talked to and five took up four hours of my time! William handled everything was understanding and did not patronize me he actually went the extra mile! It took less than 30 minutes with William. The rest were ATROCIOUS
