Replaced under warranty my Zagg iPhone 16 Pro Max protective glass. Had to go back in to get the 11x strength as the first customer service guy got wrong one(5x).I pointed it out but, he didn’t listen so I went to my suv and researched. Went back in. Second Gentleman listened and got it right! I appreciate you, Second Sir! Thank You!

Poor service. There were two associates busy with customers and another who stood there with his underwear sticking out from the back of his jeans and his hands in his pockets having a chat with someone. I stood a polite distance away but he could not make eye contact. After waiting around, I walked to the front of the store and told the man at the entrance that I was leaving because I couldn’t get anyone to help me. What he said blows my mind… “Ok.” Not… oh no! Let me find someone …

This place is in such disarray. It took me an hour and a half to exchange one laptop. This is why I don't shop best buy. Add the check out lanes back in, and get people checked out efficiently again. This place is just ridiculous. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service, I was wondering about a price (since y’all can’t put a price tag on everything). One of the employees told me nobody was available to help me. I saw at least two to three associates just standing at the front of the store just talking. Never going back.
