Can they get any worse? All they want to do is sell you something. Don't service what you buy from them so they don't stand behind it. No need for me to do any business with them with this kind of service. They will let you stand around in their long lines for hours. Felt bad for the man that was behind us because it was in his 90's....so sad. We walked out.
