Great experience with management and customer service support
In a nutshell. I purchased a washing machine. I asked if I could just use my existing hose. I was to no, I HAD to purchase their hose, they could not perform the install using my existing hose. When they delivered and attempted to install, they were unable to remove the existing hose from the cold water connection. They then decided they will use my existing hose. I told them to examine the hose to ensure they did not cause a leak due to them ripping away at trying to remove the hose; sure enough, they created a leak; leaving them with no choice but having to remove the hose. In their attempt to do so, they damaged the cold water connection. My new washer was not connected, and cannot be connected until my cold water connection is repaired. I've called several times, and each time I'm told someone will call me, but no calls yet. We are now three days after the property damage, and still no one has called. Best Buy is not taking g accountability for damaging my property. Not to mention spent over $700 for compliance I cannot use.
