The latest Pokémon game pre-order bonus is confusing. Pre-ordered this game for my kid's birthday in June, the BBY app confirms we will can get the playmat as a pre-order bonus. But we were told it was not available when we went to pick up. We were told the playmats are available while supply lasts but I also saw playmats in the back of the pickup center. The manager told me these are reserved. So I am not sure why it is while supply lasts and also can be reserved with addtional steps after I already have confirmed I ordered in BBY app. I will choose to preorder games in Target and Amazon going forward.
