I don’t know if your employees are trying to get this store closed down, but the customer service is terrible.
I went to the store to purchase an item, and there were three employees standing together having a conversation. I approached them, showed them what I needed, and asked for assistance. One of the employees simply said, “We don’t have it. Go to Amazon and order it.” He then immediately went back to talking with his friends.
A note to Best Buy: If your stores continue losing customers to competitors like Amazon, you may want to look at the level of customer service being provided. Employees should care about helping customers and representing the company, not just collecting a paycheck. There seemed to be zero interest in making a sale or providing good service.
I will follow your employee’s advice and take my business to Amazon. Unfortunately, this experience has given me no reason to return to this Best Buy location.
