The store doesn’t allow calls into the store, you’re only able to reach a call center. This is very unfortunate because we spoke to a salesman that we were comfortable with and had more questions for, but since we can’t reach him and we aren’t willing to travel the distance back to the store Best Buy likely lost a sale.

Literally profiled the first day I set foot into the store. Went with my family to find a dash cam and one of the workers asked if we needed help but immediately after got on their mic and said "The individual with the black shirt and pants is looking at electronics. Said some other characteristics and to "stand by". Just curious why that needed to be addressed out loud in front of my wife and kids? Was there a reason my profile needed to be announced to every employee but my wife and the 2 people you asked before to me was left out? The person that helped us look at pressure washers did an amazing job but the first guy needs to be fired.

Cannot reach local staff by phone. There was issue with the dashcam install but trying to reach the local store to describe the issue has been impossible so I went ahead and disputed the charge on my credit card. When the local store performs an install, they ought to provide a direct local number to the customer in case they need after-sales support.
