Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I was sold a new iPhone by the dumbest person that I could have ever imagined and they messed up everything possible. They sent me off with my old and new phone, both of which did not connect to cellular. During my visit they were so unbelievably helpless and wasted me HOURS trying to get this resolved.

I went in 30 minutes before closing time on a mission. The gentlemen at Best Buy in Anderson, SC are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and so kind to help me find the perfect computer for my business needs. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and informed me more about the Geek Squads services. I feel fortunate that we have a Best Buy with a great staff in our small town. I highly recommend purchasing your electronics from Best Buy! Thank you to our local Best Buy for providing me with exceptional customer service!
I think it's better than one in Spartanburg because when you walk inside the store they will help you but the one in Spartanburg

Would not take a return on an item that was never opened that was purchased less than a week ago and I had the receipt. They kept the item, no store credit (was gonna purchase correct brand at $40; instead lost $30)
This is the reason they are going out of business.
