I was looking for a hdmi adapter to vga. I walked the whole store to find the section that had the adapters. But no luck. I know it was a long shot. I had no one ask me if I needed help. A sad day for servicing customers.
Haven't had much help from these folks. Spent $ unnecessarily and wasted a lot of my time. Sold me a Sandisk I opened and it would/did not work with my device so they don't take that back. Then I bought a recommended charging cable for a device I brought to them and that didnt work either so I had to return it.
My experience at Best Buy was great the service I received while getting my two computers fixed was excellent. However, I couldn’t help but notice an elderly woman nearby who seemed confused about a subscription she was being charged for. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting her didn’t seem very knowledgeable or helpful, which was disappointing to witness. Just a reminder that patience and clear communication go a long way, especially with customers who may need a little extra support.
