Employee stole my gift card at this location. Nobody will help through the customer support. I don't live in town anymore, and best buy won't connect me to the store. Best buy might be the worst customer support online I have seen from a business. It's nearly impossible to get a person, and when you do they direct you to another line or number and nobody actually helps. I do try and support stores like best buy instead of buying online, but I will not ever buy anything from Best Buy again because of their customer support system.

They were a little slow but I did get my part.
Bought a computer for same day pick up over 20 hours with no confirmation no updates, went into the store no one could help me. I paid for it but couldn’t pick it up. Then I cancelled it. And the refund amount was not including taxes. I’ll take my business elsewhere where. Customer service is abysmal at best. 0-10

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with Jude in the store today. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and knows the stores and products so well. If Jude isn't some type of manager or leader, you guys should promote him up! You can tell he truly loves his job and goes above and beyond.
