Lots of inventory and helpful sakes people.
This review is not specific to this location but for Best Buy in general. The Best Buy Geek Squad service plans are the worst possible purchase. The Technicians are not that experienced, and it is very difficult to get service fulfilled. The first line of support when you call in are very uneducated and can not communicate well. The plans themselves are poor and do not provide the coverage that Best Buy claims they do. Then, if you have a claim, they will cancel the plan if they need to replace your product for some reason. (I couldn't't believe this either)
While their prices are generally competitive with online retailers like Amazon, you can honestly get better customer support from Amazon leaving very little reason to shop at a Best Buy,
