Best Buy Naples

I recently bought a dyson ball animal upright vacuum 3 from best buy for 399.00 and then found a better model the 3+ at cosco not even an hour later for 349.00.Called the price match customer service for the difference in price and was told that there was nothing they could do for me. not only was that very disappointing, but Carl the supervisor was totally rude and should not be a position to make those decisions based on his customer service. I have been in retail myself for over 46 years as a business owner and a supervisor myself and would never talk or handle a situation as badly as he did . Business and sales especially at this day and age should be top priority to satisfy the customer and not only did Carl drop the ball he lost a 36 year customer that will make sure everyone knows about it. Very disappointed that I have to find a new company to do all my future business with.

Impeccable service by Christian at the camera department! I walked to the store half hour before they closed and Christian was passing by when I asked for help to choose an action camera. Christian gave me all the details and guided me to do the right purchase. He stayed a few minutes more and went above and beyond to help me di the right purchase. I would 100% recommend him since my experience was soo good that everyone deserves a person so is humble but knows his job pretty well. Keep it up and I wish every employee is like that. I would give 6 stars if I could.
