Someone made a fraudulent purchase on my best buy account in person without my card at this store. I have called numerous times and cannot get in touch with a manager to see security cameras. I have contacted local law enforcement to investigate.

GAS LEAK!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE INSTALLATION WORKERS.
Had dryer installed and our entire home was filled with gas. We had to call PECO right away and they told us the dryer was installed incorrectly and it was so bad that it would have exploded our entire home.
HORRIBLE. This isnt the first time we've had bad service/ installations, but this is definitely the most dangerous situation we've been in.
How can you call these people professionals? Gas leak is one of the most common issues when installing a new dryer.
Never returning to Best Buy and everyone should be aware.
