Manager was incredibly unhelpful on 1/19/26. Needed help with a return and they refused to even come to the register to help.

Just bought a counter top microwave. The price was $20 better than competition. I ordered it online and picked it up in the store 30 minutes later. That was all good. When I got home i discovered that, even though the box looked perfect, the top of the microwave was dented. There was no way to contact the store directly. I called the customer service number and they couldn't help me at all, and they couldn't even contact the store. So I had to drive back to the store (20 minutes each way). The store has one more on stock, but the box for that one was beat to crap. They offered to ship one to me but couldn't say whether it would be the one with the damaged box or not. Finally, they offered a 20% discount, which i accepted because the dent in microwave would not be visible where i plan to use it.
