Best Buy just lost a $330 sale because of their checkout system. Tried to check out as a guest and it forced me to create an account that did not take a password I created. So I purchased the item from someone else.

They dont have the greatest prices anymore. But they do have a wide variety of products.

The cashier at checkout needs to be addressed. I was directed to him for Apple AirPods, and he offered me two options. When I asked for the prices of the options, he immediately became rude. He then left for about five minutes, and upon returning, he literally threw the AirPods onto the counter. There was no one else in line except me, so I went to the next available cashier because his behavior was unbelievably disrespectful.
