Boise’s own Mend Project has been awarded a $3,000 @15 Community Grant on behalf of the Best Buy Children’s Fund.  Mend is a non-profit educational arts organization interested in exploring the potential of handmade objects.  Through their projects, they hope to expand awareness of the importance of craft, improve quality of life for those in need and provide an organized opportunity to give back.
