Today I went into Best Buy in Stockton. I spoke to Adrian manager of the store and geek squad. My 4 year olds Nintendo switch was defective and I took it in to be replaced with the warranty. While my son was sad and about to cry because he knows he has to go back home with his mom and won’t be able to play his game until he came back to my house after a week, Adrian said that because we purchased the game on a discount that he would not replace the game even though we have a 2 year warranty. The game was purchase 11-29-24 , it was a Christmas gift from dad to son. I spent 800 dollars that day at Best Buy and created an account. After looking me and my son in the eyes and telling us he would not replace the game. I told Adrian he was an ass and I going to make a complaint to corporate. This is not okay.

I don't shop Best Buy, I past by it while walking around that area. I was a Circuit City person. Better deals and choices. I went through about a month ago to use the mall entrance, but it was closed off, so I pretended to shop, looking at Smart Refrigerator's, then left. 3 stars because I miss Circuit City. Otherwise the staff and security were friendly and helpful.
Went to in to get some information to purchase a radio system. Found someone to ask for help . It wasn't his department and he was going to get a knowledgeable person to assist me. Waited by the radios for about 15 minutes and no knowledgeable person came to help. Decided to leave and as I was leaving there was a salesperson sitting next to the guy I initially ask to help me. There was also two more salespersons talking to the security guard upfront.
