After being a Best Buy member & account holder, Best Buy decided to shut down my Best Buy account because I didn't use my Best Buy card within 1 year. This is the sorriest merchant I've ever handed my hard earned money to. Im glad they shut down my account, less money for them. I give them a quarter of 1 star rating. Just being brutally honest!!

My husband ordered me Wicked Blu Ray. The app said it was delivered on 11/22/25. We had it shipped to the store because the app wouldn’t accept our PO Box. But when we went to get it on 11/23/25 they “couldn’t find it “. Kept making excuses because they claimed that we ordered from a “third party” that they couldn’t do anything to help us. But the store has an area to pick up online orders. Didn’t offer any refund or gift card. Nothing but excuses. The phone number that the store gave us when we stopped by again on 11/24/25 doesn’t work. And we were not able to find any information to contact the “third party”. Well I guarantee that Best Buy just lost two customers for life. Never again.

Terrible service told me my pick up order was ready for the same day pick up changed to Friday even though they had it in store fix yall shit
