Got an air conditioner here spent $500 and got the extended four year warenty. Used it once at the beginning of June, went to use it 17 days later and it didn’t work. Three days past the cut off on the 14 day return, but I used my wife’s Best Buy membership when asked if I had a membership, but after asking for my id the incompetent worker failed to put in the address on the id in the computer and just used the address they had on file. After that they had to restart which deleted the membership info. Now I have a broken ac and am getting the run around that I have to go thru ge to resolve the issue

Great store for a variety of electronics. Doesn't always have the inventory updated to match the website, but the staff is generally nice and will help offer a solution to find what you're looking for.
