Issues at store led to my remote start install appointment being canceled and sent to another store. I had to go in and pick up the equipment to be able to bring it to the other store and so that the order did not get cancelled and equipment sent back. At the store, I was told that the install tech quit and they have not even posted the job for applications yet, let alone get someone trained. Absolutely no contact from this store about this. No phone call, email, anything. I got phone calls from the Watervliet store that I was sent to about rescheduling. I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about until they explained that Saratoga could not do it anymore. Due to this, the appointment got pushed out OVER A MONTH because the other store was booked up.

It was horrible trying to get a TV delivered. The Internet, marketing person lied then I was just given a day and time that I couldn’t do so I finally just canceled the order out of pure frustration.

TheSaratoga NY store would not honor the price tag on the shelf behind locked glass. They also would not price match the exact item at a qualified competitor. They lost a customer and future sales over a $30.00 difference and a bad attitude.
When I chatted online with Tyler to complain he gave me directions to a link impossible to find, i tried calling and was on hold forever. There is no means to complain likely by design.
