I paid cash for an LG C5,65 inch. I counted out $1500 in front of them. The girl I gave the money to,recounted it and came up with $1500. A third person then counted it as they were putting in the register. He said I was a hundred dollars short. That I had only put fourteen hundred on the counter. I've bought TVS, sound bars,surround sound speakers,etc, but never again.

Needed a new cell phone and was in and out in probably 10 minutes. The staff member who assisted me was great.
Very very tick off with this place i spent over 12k on appliances and other things at this best buy
And purchased the extra warrantys and membership plans and things are not covered will not spend another dime here
