Todo muy bien solo que no hay mucha personas que hablen español.
Been waiting all morning for my delivery of new tv got 8am notice on phone delivery 8-12. Been home all day it’s 3:30 now. Got another notice 10-2 checked again at 2:30 and app says “you have no order scheduled”. I drive to store and “Experience Manager” Jovan looks it up and see comments “went to home no answer left message” you know where this is going right? Been home all day no door bell ring and no message to my phone. Javon say I will call and see if I can schedule next delivery pass. I say has to be today or tomorrow by noon. I ask for his business card which he hands me…and never even offer an apology. This was a surprise early Christmas present 🎁. So not happy let’s see if someone contacts me. Maybe a district manager?

Excelente servicio al cliente, pésimo servicio de delivery, aún estoy esperando mi soporte de la TV. Pague para que la entregaran el mismo día, ya han pasado 4 días. Dónde puedo reclamar?
