very disappointed with their delivery service. i ordered a LG tv over a week ago with set up included and delivery was set for today. i received numerous text messages confirming today with delivery between 9-4. The notice said we would receive an narrower window but never did. However i still continued to receive an update that delivery was set for 9-4 and the app said it was out for delivery. Finally called and surprise they dont have TV in stock. I stayed home half a day which was now wasted. Now rescheduled for next thursday. Beware.

I purchased a bosh 800 series microwave with oven and oven with meat prob in November after waiting several months they delivered the wrong set . The microwave didn't come as oven . I went back to the store b/c you never get any help from their call center . After research from the salesman we discovered it was sent wrong from warehouses. After many many calls . They ordered again . Was suppose to be in on March 30 . Again I received an email it was delayed again . It is now April 15 and they still have no idea when it will be here per call center . They said warehouse would contact me . The salesmen in the store in Ft.Lauderdale were very helpful and apologetic but they couldn't do much but place the order . I have paid 5000 dollars for something I didn't order and still have no idea when it will be here . This is the 3rd time Best Buy has wasted money on the delivery men to set up a double over that is not the correct one . I have no idea who runs this place b/c you can never speak to a manager not even in the store . I have been more than patient it's going on 6 months and still do not have what I ordered. This is the worst possible customer service ever . They call center isn't even in this country so I have no idea how they expect to help me . I just keep getting the run around and still no answers . I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase anything of this size from them ever again . Still waiting for help to get what I originally ordered

Honestly I like Best Buy as they have some good products but the staff in this place were useless. All standing around talking to each other and when asked a question about a high end gaming pc they had no idea about the product and couldn’t seem bothered to help once they knew I knew they had no idea what they were talking about. If you’re going to sell a $4000+ pc you should have at least a few people that have a clue. I will say the checkout went well.
