I went to this location looking for a new TV, I stood around the TV section for almost 25 minutes. Not one sales associate came within 30 feet of the area (I noticed two other customers also standing around the same area shopping for TVs). I was also there to buy a gift card for Mother's Day. While purcashing the gift card at Customer Service (which was a 10 minute wait), I mentioned to the counter person that I was looking to possibly buy a TV but no staff were around. She basically said "Oh! We are short-staffed" with no real sense of urgency to actually find a sales associate. I said that I will gladly spend my $1K+ elsewhere at a store where they value their customers. This store will never get another dime of my money!
