Everytime I go into this store I feel beyond ignored!! Last time I was there I had some questions. When I tried approaching the workers to ask, althey would just walk away. I ended up doing own research online and if I could have waited for the item I would have just ordered online from anywhere BUT best buy so after more than an hour of standing in the isle reading and comparing products, I made my selection. Next time I will go somewhere else. I don't care if it's more expensive, as long as it has customer service

Devon at the store in Waterford CT was amazing, kind and helpful. I noticed he was like that with every interaction he had with both staff and customers.

You can't talk to a live human being when you call the store. It's all AI and she hangs up on you when you ask for a live human. And retail stores wonder why they're going downhill. I'll shop elsewhere. Even Amazon has live human beings that answer the phone when you call.

The items either purchased open box or as new are constantly damaged from this location. The manager James seems to care more about profits on these items than customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, it seems that this is one BestBuy location that is worth skipping.
