Went to return a product that I bought recently cause I thought it was something else. The lady at the counter refused to go see if she had the other product even though the store website says it is available. She slams the controller on the counter and doesnt even give me an option to get a gift card or explain if I am getting a refund for my 2 year protection. She just says the receipt is in your email and then just ignores me by turning away from me and standing there. One of the worst customer service experience ever.

They don't back their products. Go to West Boca instead. West Boca takes pride in their customer service and their ability to go above and beyond for their customers.
