I stopped by the Best Buy yesterday to check out the new iPhone lineup. The store was pretty busy, but the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. I got the lowdown on the iPhone 15 Pro from one of the associates, and he really helped me understand the differences between the models.
Pros:
- The store was well-stocked, and they had all the new iPhones on display 📱
- The staff were friendly and super helpful 😊
- They offer a great selection of accessories, including some hard-to-find ones 💻
- The prices were competitive, and they had some great deals on bundles 💸
Cons:
- The store was a bit disorganized, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for 🤔
- The lines were pretty long, especially for returns and exchanges 😬
What could be improved:
- More staff on the floor to help with questions and demos 👥
- More prominent signage for promotions and deals 📣
Overall:

Trying to get a new tv and no one at the store was able to help.
