The only reason why I’m giving Best Buy a #3 is because the sales associate and the guys in geek squad really really tried their best to help me. Unfortunately, the phone just wouldn’t act right and the chip would not register. That’s the only reason why I’m giving Best Buy a three is because of the geek squad associates that went above and beyond to help me even though my issues still persist thank you

Came in close to closing for a laptop repair appointment and also needed help picking out some over the ear headphones. I know showing up late isn’t always ideal, but the team still treated us really well and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
They helped get my wife’s laptop taken care of, answered all our questions, and made sure the headphones we chose were the right fit for what I needed. You could tell they had a long day, but they still stayed patient and friendly.
Really appreciate the good service. It’s not always easy to find employees who still take their time that late in the day, so it meant alot.
