Best Buy website shows Battlefield 6 (Xbox Series X) on sale for $39.99. Just went in store to purchase, and the signs for both the digital and physical copies both showed $39.99 as well. When I brought the digital copy to the counter, the cashier rang me up at $69.99. When I pointed out the error and the above mentioned sales listings, he called Jae over who told me she couldn't honor the price because of some sort of alleged SKU issue. Even after showing her the Best Buy website on my phone and offering to walk her over to the shelf to see the listed price, she was unwilling to help me. Horrible customer service. I'll go buy it from Target for the same price. Don't give this store/company your money.
