Llegamos cerca del horario de cierre, nos atendieron bien! No había stock de los lentes meta, ni reloj Apple 😓. Llevamos varias cosas, buenos precios.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Went in to trade in 2 iPhone 14 & they accused me of trying to trade in fraudulent phones. Not only that, but they didn’t want to tell me WHY they are fraudulent. They got a police officer to speak to me & take me outside because they deemed me as “trespassing” and banned me from the store. FOR NO REASON. When I was outside, the police officer couldn’t tell me the reason they deemed it as “not an Apple product” & held me there for about 20-30 minutes with no word. I kept asking for the phones back if they weren’t going to accept the trade ins and they kept denying me the phones. So they wanted me to basically leave without the phones… like what? I legally and lawfully purchased these phones from clients and showed the police officer. I verified my S-Corp, my EIN & how I obtained the phones to the point that had to go inside to ask them for the phones for me because I was not allowed back inside. ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD. Very unprofessional and very low class of this store. They banned me but I regardless I would never ever return to this store of recommend this store to ANYONE. A manager with light eyes & skinny girl with curly hair both had very nasty attitude and assuming like if I had done something wrong. They did not want to give me their names. Worst experience ever. Unbelievable
