The customer service here is practically nonexistent. I have never experienced such poor attention in any store before. Employees seem uninterested and unwilling to help, leaving customers completely on their own. Honestly, I expected much better from Best Buy.

Seems it's harder and harder to get help. There are too few employees for the traffic in the store. The staff was helpful but overwhelmed.
