After waiting approximately 3 minutes since entering the Best Buy Store across from Tropical Park, Daniel helped me to pick a New Printer with Ink Tank. Selection was decent. Hurray, No More Ink Cartridges to buy. Printer came with 2 year supply of Ink. Plenty of parking. Near Target, Plametto Bird Road Exit. Easy Access. Thank you

I just spoke to a female rep at around 9:20pm via phone call who blatantly lied to me about transferring me to a manager. I was left on hold and ignored.
I am a roadie who is trying to cancel an order for 9 customers that have been waiting THE ENTIRE day for their shipment. No one is responding. No one cares. Extremely unprofessional.
She told me without an email for the customers she cant help me, but I dont have that information; so her resolution was to lie to me, ignore me, and not transfer me to a manager, thus affecting the order of 9 people, and my job as well.
Shame on you guys.
