Javier Castro assisted me in numerous ways on my Best Buy visit. He not only knew what I was looking for, but knew what I would prefer and always acted in my best interest for electronics and my needs. He was super kind, easy to be around, and a very down to earth employee who made the process so easy. With any regular employee, I may have had a hard time articulating what I truly wanted, but Javier knew what kind of specs I was looking for and gave me recommendations that I wouldn't have considered. I came out today with more purchases that I thought would have been possible, and all leaving me feel extremely satisfied with my visit.

Can’t believe I’m saying this, the Hialeah Best Buy surpassed my expectations! Daniel and Dayalis, worked really well to get my product, which said was not in stock, but I love it when the employees know their inventory. Big kudos , I really appreciate good customer service which is rare now a days.
