Worst experience ever! I went to this location to ask if my order which was paid for in full and my daughter’s Christmas gift could be transferred to this location. Long story short unbeknownst to my the young lady canceled my order in the system and charged me again totaling over $1900 dollars. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. I left stressed out in tears, the holidays is the worst time for this

I ve had the worst experience with Best Buy installation team . I was suppose to get my TV installed and the technicians sent didn't know what they were doing the open a huge hole on my wall and encounter a horizontal wood in the process of doing an invisible wall mount . Why not use an infrared wall scanner to first figure where to make the hole ? This tool is $300 in home deport instead a small knife was used to open the wall to encoger they couldn't proceed . I was left with the TV on the floor all the garbage and boxes and a damaged wall . The lack of knowledge and experience is unacceptable in addition 2 different supervisors called me back and they were very unhelpful . Leo and Paul before reaching out to customers get the story straight you both had different things to say . I am beyond dissapointed for the lack of follow up and urgency . I have been always a Best Buy customer and this is so unfortunate .
