Today, August 17, 04:30 pm. I Went to buy a chest phone camera mount, and phone camera stabilizer. Front desk guy took my name and number. Directed me to the center of the store, and told me wait for 15 mins. Yes, reasonable, I understood. I guess I waited for 30 mins. None showed up. I Went to an associate and asked for help. He said He's the TV guy. Then I wrote this review, and walked out.
