Stood at refrigerator for at least 45 minutes. Plenty salesman but none approached us. Not many customers in store. Won't go back. Thanks Tony at home depot. Our whirlpool is fabulous 👌

Tried calling to see if their website was up-to-date inventory wise about a specific item. I wanted to speak to an actual person who is located in this store for them to check the shelves to verify the item is actually physically there and available before I drive all of the way out there. Unfortunately, the call directed me to their international customer service department. I shouldn't have to call into a call center for a simple 5 minute request via inventory. If you can find a way to have a way for inventory verification calls to come through, that would be great. There should be a prompt that directs you to this particular store when a customer needs to verify an item in stock at this specific store location and have someone physically go over to the item to check vs just having a rep check online stock which I'm able to do on their website which I've already done. I like to make sure someone can physically go check the item because stock availability via online tends to be inaccurate and not up-to-date. I'm always very appreciative when a worker takes the time to physically go and check an item for me at any store I've ever called. I used to be able to physically call store locations and speak directly to someone at that location. Now, everything seems to be funneled through international customer services. I understand when those call centers are necessary, but there are those instances where not every call really needs to go through the call center. I'm sure the workers at this location are wonderful. I just don't want to have to go from store to store trying to find an item because online and customer service claims an item is in stock, and it turns out it's not.
