Don’t bother with Best Buy Total Care. Bought our entire house of appliances and electronics and the Extended warranty package on all of it $2500 on a TV so the power supply can fail at 2 months (a known issue) and it will be a week before they even tell you what they will do. After spending hours on the phone. Typical corporation sticking the customer. Too bad there wasn’t a local option.
And Best Buy wastes more of my time. Pretty disappointing. Their rep tells me his tv was broken for 3 weeks.
The coverage asys it starts immediately, not that if the warranty isn’t good they may help

Sneaky employee tried setting me up for a best buy card without my consent. Wasn't until my SS# was asked for that I became suspicious and asked what was going on. I know they like to try and set you up for protection plans but this was an all time slime ball move on the employees part. I'll take my business elsewhere.
