Edit**It is incredibly difficult to speak with someone at the store location if you attempt to call. This is regarding a late delivery, for a product that I still have yet to receive. The customer service is so detached, they truly are not able help solve any problems. I did go into the store to find that the team there were also unable to navigate this poor system and help figure out what has become of the laptop I ordered. I did change my stars to reflect the help I have received from the MOD who is working to find out where my laptop went. I do appreciate his assistance. The non management team members in store are polite, but poorly trained in navigating your operating systems and unable to solve problems. They could be encouraged to ask for help from leadership when they are unable to resolve an issue with the tools they have.
The young lady, sales clerk that helped was very knowledgeable, helpful and well spoken. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Best buy made me angry. I was told to go to ustomer service about something but no one was there.
