I paid for an installation for my internet network and was left completely unsatisfied. They were unable to set up my mesh network, but they still charged me. This is unacceptable and I could not be more upset about this. I even took the product back due to their inability to set it up. I’ve always been a total tech member because Best Buy is usually good, but this time was different.
