I visited this BestBuy to review DSLR cameras (Sony FX3, Sony A7 Siii, Canon R3).
Over a 4 week period, each week I came in the store clerks said the cameras were off display due to a recent theft (Stealing 15+ cameras and 20+ lenses).
Theft has occurred since the dawn of time.
It’s unfortunate, but also unreasonable to assume customers should pay 3-5k for a piece of tech we cannot review prior to a purchase.
The store needs to understand how to protect its assets (that are also insured against theft), and not penalize customers who seek to do the right thing. I will look elsewhere to test, and purchase gear in the future if we (the paying customers) cannot reasonably review gear prior to a purchase.

This is a store that has all the appliances one needs. I received exceptional services from the LG section from a young gentleman called Sandeep (sp). He was very patient and pleasant with me as I asked all my questions before making the purchase. He had good knowledge of the products. Being the first time I’ve bought stuff from here by myself, I’ll definitely be back.
