I scheduled an appointment an hour and half prior to closing. Upon arrival there was a long line that no one was attending to until I said something. It was only then that they separated the appointments from non-appointments. When they finally came to me, they advised there wasn’t enough time to replace my battery. I advised why bother having appointments available if they weren’t going to have the time for service and why no no was attending to the long line which delayed the appointment even further. He said there wasn’t anything he could do because there was only 1 tech who was already busy. I do not recommend their Geek Squad.

So rude in this store, when someone buy something from here , you need be careful because in the order doesn’t show up how many day for return, they are don’t do anything after they sell them , I’m so disappointed all the customer service over there.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. From start to finish, the installation took approximately 15 minutes with most of that time spent gathering my ladder and such. The MyQ app made installation a breeze.
