Yonnathan, the young man at Best Buy, who helped me set up the appointment with AT&T at the location in Arlington was an AMAZING person. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and one of the most kind, wonderful people I have come across in a long time. I am forever grateful that he introduced himself to me and assisted me with this LIFE CHANGING WIFI SERVICE. Not only did he do a great job at work but he also had a HUGE influence and impact in
changing my day around for the better. I am forever grateful that I ran into Yonnathan, and if I could give him a raise personally I would do so! Employees were just standing around doing nothing instead of checking my items out. Others seemed to prioritize returns instead of customers who were buying something. Poor experience. I would have just checked out myself if self-checkout had been an option. Slow service.
