Yonnathan, the young man at Best Buy, who helped me set up the appointment with AT&T at the location in Arlington was an AMAZING person. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and one of the most kind, wonderful people I have come across in a long time. I am forever grateful that he introduced himself to me and assisted me with this LIFE CHANGING WIFI SERVICE. Not only did he do a great job at work but he also had a HUGE influence and impact in

Employees were just standing around doing nothing instead of checking my items out. Others seemed to prioritize returns instead of customers who were buying something. Poor experience. I would have just checked out myself if self-checkout had been an option. Slow service.
There's a lot of item's but it also feels empty at the same time. I do like the diverse technology best buy has to offer.
