Sold me an open box TV in "good" condition, which according to their website means it "may be missing non-essential accessories". The TV didn't come with a stand or a remote. The store manager refused to give me either, saying that neither item is essential. The TV can be operated by the buttons on the bottom, and I could LEAN IT AGAINST THE WALL to watch it. That's literally what he told me. Avoid this store like the plague.

Was told my $100 gift card was declined for my purchase. Used my credit card instead. Just looked up value of my gift card and it indeed has a $100 balance. The store rep asked me for the last four of the gift card instead of the pin and I guarantee that’s why he said it was declined.
Wish I could give a ZERO! Jackson in the Apple area really pushed hard and after 25-30 NO I don't want the BB Credit Card..I finally said ok apply...after making the purchase and paying off the card immediately, I now don't need the products I am stuck with either those OR a 1200 credit to the store.....also called and THOUGHT I was talking with the store, Rence said he COULD NOT let me talk with a manager OVER and OVER....was told ok I will see if I can find a manger, was put on hold for 20 minutes (likely just until I hung up) and was told by a second agent after I called again, it was actually NOT the store and just a call center....This experience has me committing to NOT using Best Buy again. This experience has been less than a Spirit airline flight.
