Waited 30 minutes for them to bring out my curbside order, but they never did. Didn’t pick up when I called them multiple times. I had to go inside to get my order with my leg injury and they didn’t even offer an apology or an explanation.
this guy Brandon at the Geek Squad auto installation site helped me fix my Sony CarPlay stereo connection and stop the license plate rattle from my sound system in just a few minutes, took time to explain how to fix it further, and was a super chill dude. shout out to Brandon over at Geek Squad! peak customer service— and i just pulled up short notice without having to go through waiting for an appointment! will be returning for further sound upgrades based on this experience.
BEST BUY NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!!! They are horrible with telling you if something is in stock. The website said the nintendo 2 was in store only but didn't say how many, the nintendo website said the alfaya store had them in stock and of course I tried to call but you get a machine that says they are not allowed to tell you the stock and thens hang up. When I asked this best buy all they told me is that they didn't know where to get them and said Kissimmee but when I asked if they could tell me if they had some they said I can check online which of course I could do that myself like seriously. It said store only obviously and they just told me to go to Kissimmee, I drove over an hour to go to that store and Kissimmee was another hour and nobody had any customer service skills at all. How hard is it to call the store and see if they had it? I go to Kissimmee and THEY WERE SOLD OUT a total waste of time and gas!!!! DO BETTER!!!!
