RICARDO was amazing! Such a helpful person. Having to replace my screen protector and was afraid it would be a nightmare. I picked it up and thought I'd have to put it on myself, but RICARDO offered to do it. He was SO nice. Took the time to clean my iPhone screen and make sure all dust was removed from the replacement Zagg cover. Surprised the Zagg HAD dust on it. He did a great job. Such a great attitude. Smiling and happy. HE is why we shop at Best Buy. Thank you for taking the anxiety away from me. And your insight on the iPhone 17 was appreciated. Will be back for one ASAP. :-) THANK YOU RICARDO.
