If I could leave zero I would, I went into Best Buy To buy a system for my car, no one even came out to greet me. I stood there aimlessly walking around, even asked for help and no one ever came. What is the purpose of Best Buy I can do this online they suck.
Pretty average experience, honestly.
They won’t fix anything older and instead try to steer you toward buying something new you probably don’t need. That part was frustrating.
If you’re dealing with an older device, just be aware—you might not get the help you’re expecting.
You’re honestly better off going to a local repair shop instead.
