Attention! Be very careful about which insurance package they sell you when purchasing products.
We bought all our household appliances from this company, always thinking we were getting the same insurance package each time. However, it turns out that the so-called “replacement guarantee insurance” they sold us only covers service, not product replacement!
They never mention this clearly during the sale — and when you question it later, they even accuse you of lying or misunderstanding.
It’s really disappointing to experience such deception from a company we’ve trusted for years. Please make sure you always request written confirmation of what exactly your insurance package covers, so you don’t end up in the same situation.

Went to the store to buy speakers and a monitor. Went to the areas and not a single employee approched me. Saw 3 all together at an empty register. Im kind of done with Best Buy. Not the only store where they show no interest.
