Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can understand wanting clarification on our Recycling Program.
Although most products are accepted for free, TVs have a limit of two TVs per household per day, a size restriction, and cost $29.99 per item.

I have the best buy version of an extended warranty. My computer died on me and the geek squad were able to take it right away. I was impressed with their quick response. The only reason they can't give it back by tomorrow is because tomorrow is Thanksgiving.
