I’ve been going to this Best Buy a long time. The service has been fine. I didn’t really need to review it or five star it but it was OK. Today. when I entered the store around 1 PM, I brought a cart back inside that was sitting in the middle of the sidewalk and the young girl at the security desk was so nice and friendly, great first impression. When I found what I needed and went up to the desk, there was a young woman sitting behind the counter, and when I got up there, she made no eye contact. She did not say a word to me just started scanning my items when I said to her, did she not want my phone number for my account She said OK and took my number and entered it. When I started to insert my card and enter my pin code, she started talking about school getting out early today. I had not mentioned anything about school or even said anything other than to ask if she would take my phone number. It was then I realized that she was having a phone conversation with somebody and apparently I had inconveniently interrupted her during this conversation lol. The funny and ironic thing about this encounter was the young ladies’s name on her tag said “Sunshine”. I don’t ask for much but an employee can at least be present enough to ask for my rewards card number and look me in the face when I come up to pay for my merchandise. I’ll probably just stick with Amazon next time, even if I happen to be in the area. Their selection of chargers was not that great. The selection of docking stations was not that great. The only redeeming feature of the visit was the nice young girl. That was the greeter at the door. She was great!

The absolute worst. Nobody answers the phone. I'm trying to do curbside & finally had to go in the store!!!

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. If I can't get someone to answer a simple question why would I shop there?
