Helpful staff and needed appliances were available...
I am disappointed in my experience at this Best Buy. I came to purchase a cellphone and laptop. After a 15 minute wait to get a salesman, the one that came immediately seemed in a rush. Since I knew what I wanted, this did not bother me unduly. The Ottetbox cellphone cover that I wanted was out of stock, so the salesman said to just buy a cheap one and return it in two weeks when the Otterbox I wanted come back in stock. When I went to checkout I noticed an additional 50 charge added onto my bill. The salesman only removed it after I noticed it and questioned him about the charge. The first salesman left and I was then told by a second salesman that the 50 dollar charge was for a membership that really should buy as that covered a youtube prime access and other perks. Had the first salesman asked me if I wanted the membership and explained it's benefits instead of automatically adding it to my bill, I might have considered it. I don't care for underhanded sales techniques. I will buy my phone and laptop elsewhere.

My husband drove 2 hours to obtain a laptop. I had purchased online for my business Because I changed the pickup person. This was not available at my location, so I changed locations, and it was to my regret immediately. I was advised that I would have to wait forty eight hours for my purchase after my husband driving here. So I ended up canceling my order after driving out of the way.
The manager tom was not helpful and argumentative, instead of trying to help the situation.
I would truly not recommend this best buy to anyone. New management is definitely needed.
On the other side, when the first person came out to the car, he was advising me that I picked the wrong laptop, and that it was too expensive.Instead of just giving the item. It was definitely not a pleasant experience.And you could tell this place is just shady.
Pick a different best buy and save yourself The headache. Ended up canceling and getting my money back. I would use amazon instead now.
Soon the store will be bankrupt bestbuy.
