Very disappointed this visit. Security notified an associate the department I was heading to. This guy moved at a snail's pace. Took a long time to get my product. Took me to a register in the back of the store for some reason. Took even longer to remove an item from its anti-theft case. When he finally returned, he made me go behind the register to retrieve the rest of my order. In short, worse BestBuy associate I've ever had. I would've told a manager...if I could find one.

Wildly unprofessional. After experiencing an issue with this location and leaving a review, I was asked to reach out to their social media team to document the issue. They did not even apologize for the issue until I say something about it. Not great
