So I went there today happy only to come home and not be so happy. Spent over $1500 on a new iPad and other accessories for it, only to later on open up the Apple Magic Keyboard and it not be the right one. How do you work in an electronic store and sell the customer the wrong item? I know mistakes happen but this is such an inconvenience and now I have to come back and probably spend more money now because the one they gave me is for a smaller iPad I’m sure. Thanks for taking away from my birthday.

Whoever is responsible for handling and redistributing return items is horrible at their job. I just wasted 150 dollars thinking I bought a 2 terabyte Samsung 990 Evo Plus storage drive for my computer and opened the box to find that someone who previously bought this item fraudulently returned it with their old and inferior storage drive. Wasted an entire night figuring out why my space was only 256 gigabytes and not 2 terabytes and now will have to waste extra time trying to get a replacement. This would've been prevented if more care was taken into ensuring returns are the right item.
