How do I check product availability at the Oxford Valley Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

AJ wasn’t helpful. Said he had things to do but would get someone to help me. Pointed to the one lady out of 7 people I saw who was actually engaged with a customer. When the lady finished and I had waited she walked away to do something else. I decided to leave. As I did AJ figured it was appropriate and his chance to be passive aggressive. That is the only reason I’m leaving this review because of how he acted upon me just quietly leaving the store. Mind you he wasn’t busy anymore to help me and magically pointed to someone else who wasn’t busy anymore and they could help. Where was all this help when I asked waiting in your store?
AJ could use some training so he doesn’t feel entitled to be passive aggressive with his comments towards customers.

They don't have a very good selection and most of what they have is overpriced. They merged customer service with checkout making lines take longer. The associates are very helpful though. Unfortunately there really aren't any better options in the area. If you don't need it same day you're better off going online.

People are very nice. Have had no issues going in and getting what I need. Nice to be able dropping off any old electronics.
